Our Staff

Erica Winn

Erica Winn, Owner and Clinical Supervisor of Positive Regard, LLC, has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 1997.  She has experience providing Behavior Consultation services and training for Adult Residential Facilities, Children's Group Homes, and Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly.

 

In addition, Erica Winn has extensive experience working as a Special Educator and Special Education Administrator in the public school system.  As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is also a certified trainer of Non-Violent Crisis Intervention she has the ability to work in the best interest of consumers and staff to ensure safety for all while helping improve the quality of life for those receiving consultation services.

Amanda Murillo

Amanda Murillo earned her Board Certification as a BCBA in 2013.   Beyond her education, Amanda's work experience includes working within local Non-Public Agencies (NPA) as a Behavioral Therapist providing 1:1 discrete trial and behavior intervention services to children with Autism and related disorders and as a Behavior Support Staff for a local school district overseeing reliability and validity of programs as well as fidelity of implementation.  In all settings Amanda shows great compassion for the consumers and staff she works with and strives to see everyone reach their individual best potential.

Danielle Mooney

Danielle Mooney has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2015. She has experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and as a BCBA Intern for a local school district completing assessments and training staff to implement interventions while overseeing reliability and validity of programs as well as fidelity of implementation.  Danielle cares deeply for the consumers and staff she supports and works to improve their independence for an overall improved quality of life.

Caroline Slack

Caroline Slack has experience working with youth and adults as an educator, social worker, and mentor since 2009. In addition, she has worked with people who have mental illness and special needs while operating as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and BCBA Candidate. Caroline always strives to help people she serves to live their best lives with compassion and care while assisting support staff to effectively implement the necessary interventions.

Calvin Bell is working toward earning his BCBA and has experience working with children, teens, and adults. He has worked for Non-Public Agencies (NPA) to provide support for people in crisis. He grew up assisting his mother while working in a residential facility for people with varying abilities. Calvin works tirelessly to provide the best level of care for people he serves within residential facilities and looks forward to celebrating their ongong successes!

Alima Niazi

Alima Niazi has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2015. Starting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), she quickly showed promising analytic abilities and was placed in a Lead Technician role to help train and support others entering the field. Alima has been a valuable addition to our team since 2021. She works closely with staff supporting residents within adult residential facilities to ensure their ongoing skills teaching and behavior management strategies are implemented with fidelity.
