Services for children under the age of 18 years old include direct intervention consultation, as well as indirect report writing and progress monitoring.

 

Reports provided include 30-Day Assessment, Quarterly Updates, Intervention Plans, Teaching Procedures for skill deficits, and additional reports upon request. Quarterly reports not only discuss progress on specific behaviors being targeted, but also address ADLs, medication adjustments, weight fluctuations, doctor and psychiatrist appointments, outings, major purchases, etc.

 

All IPP goals for consumers are continuously monitored and reported on based upon data collected and your input.  In addition, collaboration with the child's IEP team ensures consistency across environments, which promotes greater success overall.
